This role sits within the newly build Mediclinic innovation hub, the parent
company of Hirslanden, situated in Baar and responsible for groupwide
innovation and digital transformation.


  • Provide general office administration duties to the Group Innovation and Digital Transformation department
  • Contribute to the establishment of the Innovation Center and actively participate in its innovation processes and projects
  • Create and maintain an online filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensure seamless administration processes, including diary management
  • Ensure Video conferences/calls connections are tested and appropriate room preparation done prior to meetings
  • Collaborate in projects based on interest and suitability


  • University or university of applied science degree or further education in business administration e.g. management assistant (Direktionsassistent/in) with federal certificate
  • Experience in office administration
  • Understand needs and expectations of customers and handle them in a professional manner
  • Very good organizational skills and high quality standard as well as the ability to adapt to changes quickly
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is required to be able to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
